Honor, Huawei’s Smartphone e-brand today announced that it has started selling it’s latest Honor 5X smartphone in India. “Since the start of sales on Flipkart and Amazon, at 12 a.m. on February 1, Honor 5X smartphone has witnessed strong demand, like its predecessor the Honor 4X. Honor 4X units were sold out within a minute of the flash sale, and the model sold over 10 million units globally,” said the company. Huawei Honor 6 with 5-inch 1080p display, Octa-Core SoC launched in India for Rs. 19999

Huawei has launched the Honor 6, the company’s latest smartphone in the Honor series. It was announced in China back in June and has a 5-inch 1080p display, powered by a Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 920 SoC and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Emotion UI 2.3 on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony sensor, LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Huawei has launched the Honor 3C, the company’s latest smartphone in the Honor series. Huawei has announced two new devices in the Honor series, the Honor 3X and the Honor 3C in China. The Honor 3X has a 5.5-inch 720p sensitive screen (usage with gloves) and the Honor 3C has a 5-inch 720p LTPS screen. The Honor 3X is powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor and the Honor 3C is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor. Both these phones run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) with Huawei’s own Emotion UI 2.0 on top. Here is the FoneArena review of the Huawei Honor. It was announced last year and was showcased at MWC 2012. It was available in India in April and officially launched by mid-April. Huawei Honor and Ideos X5 Pro officially launched in India

Huawei has officially launched the Honor and Ideos X5 Pro in India. The Honor went on sale earlier this month online and packs in 4-inch ( 854 x 480 pixels) LCD capacitive touchscreen display, 1.4GHz processor, 8 MP AF camera with 720p HD video recording at 30 fps, 0.3MP front facing camera. The Ideos X5 Pro (also called new Ideos X5) is the successor of  Ideos X5 that was launched last June. It has 3.8-inch (800×480 pixels) TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen display and is powered by 1GHz processor. It has 5MP camera with Flash and 720p HD Video recording. Both phone run on  on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).

Huawei releases ICS demo build for Honor

Today’s astonishing bulletin comes from Huawei; it just unleashed a “demo build” of the ICS update for their phone-Huawei Honor. It has been more than a month since the source code of ICS has been released and the manufacturers get the code even before that but all the major manufacturers have just let us down by telling us that it will take time for them to update their devices to ICS, while Huawei Honor which is a low budget phone from an average manufacturer gets the first look, Really?
