Conclusion :- Nokia has made all the necessary changes over their previous smartphone, Nokia 7610. The phone is top notch. I give Nokia 6630 a "Highly Recommended" rating.
There are a few things that go against the phone though, like the Dual Voltage Memory card (normal RS-MMC's used in Nokia 7610 is not compatible with this phone), the lack of a Second Camera for Video Conference and FM radio. But all these cons are not deal breakers. Also, 3G is not yet available in most parts of the world.
For people looking to upgrade from 6600 or 7610, this is a ideal phone to buy. The stereophonic support for MP3's, a wonderful camera and a faster processor make this phone one of the best in the market today.
Note:- People who wish to buy a complete 3G phone (especially for Video Calling), can wait for the Nokia 6680 which will be available shortly. And for people who do not need 3G can wait for the 6681 which will be available in June.
