Toshiba has announced Excite 10, Excite 13 and Excite 7.7 tablets running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). These tables come in 10.1-inch, 13.3-inch, and 7.7-inch display sizes with scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor  with GeForce graphics and 1GB of RAM. Lenovo IdeaTab S2109 with 9.7-inch IPS display, Android 4.0 unveiled

Lenovo has unveiled IdeaTab S2109, their new tablet running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) on their YouTube page. This tablet is just 8.9mm thick with unibody shell and comes with 9.7-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) IPS display with 4:3 aspect ratio, similar to the iPad and iPad 2 models. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 series delayed, to launch late April

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7-inch and 10-inch tablets have been delayed until the end of April 2012, according to ComputerWorld. Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 tablet mid-February and the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 late-February and these were supposed to launch in March starting from UK. Sony Tablet S and Tablet P to get Android 4.0 update in April 2012

Sony has announced that the Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) update would be available for Sony Tablet S and Tablet P in late April 2012.  This update will also include new features such as camera access from the lock screen, edit photos in the gallery application, taking panoramic pictures and Recopla app that allows users to stream recorded content from a Sony Blu-ray recorder. Asus has finally launched the Eee Pad Transformer Prime in India. Asus announced the tablet last November.
