HTC today launched HTC 10 evo, the company’s latest smartphone in the ‘HTC 10’ series in India. It was introduced back in November last year as the global version of the HTC Bolt and doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack instead it uses USB Type-C audio. It comes with HTC BoomSound Adaptive Audio, which scans your ears and the ambient noise around you to adjust audio output to suit your personal hearing capabilities. Huawei’s Honor brand today announced that it will unveil Honor V9, successor of last year’s Honor V8 at an event in Beijing on February 21st. It got certified by TENAA recently that confirms most of the specifications, including a 5.7-inch Quad HD screen, 12-megapixel dual rear cameras and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera similar to the Honor V8, but this is expected to powered by Kirin 960 SoC and pack 6GB of RAM. Huawei’s Honor brand launched the Honor 6X smartphone last month in India starting at Rs. 12,999. The 3GB RAM version of the smartphone went on sale exclusively on Amazon.in in the first flash sale last Thursday, February 2nd, which went out of stock in a matter of minutes, according to the company. Today in the second sale Honor said that the 4GB RAM version will also be available for purchase in addition to 3GB RAM variant starting at 2PM. Moto has started rolling out Android 7.0 (Nougat) update for the Moto Z Play smartphone in India finally. This brings a new Moto action that lets you swipe to shrink the screen, and a new setting to disable and enable locking the screen when the screen is on and you touch the fingerprint sensor. To access this setting, you need to go to Security, then tap on the screen lock gear icon. Other features include, Moto Display landscape mode, new Hasselblad TrueZoom mode settings and improvements.
