This cancellation affects customers of Uninor,Videocon,MTS ,Loop Telecom , Etisalat , Idea Cellular, STel and Tata Docomo in 22 circles. The court order will come into effect in 4 months and you might have to use MNP to port your number to another operator who is not affected. The service was test launched in Chandigarh, and is expected to be in operation in Karnataka shortly. There would be about 12 channels available on Spice Mobile. The clarity and uninterrupted ness of the service remains to be seen. The pricing for the service would be about Rs. 150 for 12 channels a month, which is a little expensive than normal TV but well that's the price one has to pay for that little extra! VAS content generally takes up 10% of operators' revenue.
