Xolo has announced Xolo Win Q1000, its latest Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone. It has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, comes with a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Most of the specifications of the smartphone are similar to the Xolo Win Q900s that was introduced last year. Xolo Q520s, the company’s latest smartphone in the Q CORE series is now available from eBay.in. It has also been listed on the official website. It has a 4-inch (480×800 pixels) capacitive touch screen display based on One Glass Solution (OGS) technology, is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT 6582M processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). The main highlight of the smartphone is the 1820mAh battery that promises up to 11 hours of talk time and 527 hours of standby on 3G, 19 hours of talk time and 610 hours of standby on 2G. Xolo launched the Xolo Play Tegra Note tablet with Tegra 4 processor back in December 2013 for Rs, 17,999. Now the tablet is available exclusively from Amazon.in for Rs. 7,999. It has support for NVIDIA DirectStylus technology and also comes with a stylus pen. In our review we said that this is of the best tablets in the sub Rs. 20,000 segment at that time.
