Xiaomi introduces Mi TV Lux 65-inch 4K OLED 120Hz TV with MEMC, 65W speaker, Dolby Atmos

Xiaomi just announced its flagship Mi TV Lux series 65-inch 4K OLED TV with ultra narrow bezels, 4.6mm sleek metal frame and 98.8% screen-to-body ratio, as it had promised. It has industry-leading screen self-luminous technology that does not require the backlight of traditional LCD screens, and has precise light control capabilities. It offers 1000 nits peak brightness and close to 0 nits for black areas, shows 1.07 billion primary colours that is far more rich than recognizable by the human eye. The TV offers 98.5% DCI-P3 wide colour gamut, 120Hz high refresh rate, MEMC motion compensation and response time of just 1ms along with gaming mode, offering the best gaming experience. Redmi 9C with 6.53-inch display, Helio G35, triple rear cameras, 5000mAh battery and Redmi 9A with Helio G25 announced

After the Redmi 9 that was announced recently in Europe and China, Xiaomi has announced Redmi 9C and Redmi 9A smartphones in Malaysia, after recent rumours. These phones pack a 6.53-inch LCD Dot Drop notch screen and pack a 5000mAh battery. The Redmi 9C is the first smartphone to be powered by 2.3GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio G35 processor and the Redmi 9A is powered by 2GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio G25 processor. Mi 9, Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro Start receiving MIUI 12 Global Stable Update

Xiaomi unveiled the latest iteration of its own proprietary Android skin MIUI, dubbed MIUI 12 Global at an event in Europe last month. MIUI 12 brings brand-new design Animations, and Dark Mode 2.0. It focuses on Privacy, Security, and Multitasking and shows all sensitive behaviors of an app. During MIUI 12 Global launch, the company promised to roll-out MIUI 12 Global Stable update for Mi 9, Mi 9T (Redmi K20 in India and China), and Mi 9T Pro (Redmi K20 in India and China) in June.

Xiaomi to introduce Mi OLED TV Master Series with 65-inch 120Hz screen, Dolby Atmos on July 2

Xiaomi today confirmed that it will introduce new Mi TV Master series of OLED TVs in China on July 2nd. It will be an ultra high-end TV series with 120Hz refresh rate for the best gaming experience, brighter, richer colors and higher contrast and will also offer the best audio experience with Dolby Atmos. Update: June 24 – Xiaomi has announced the Redmi 9 smartphone for the Chinese markets in 4GB RAM with 64GB version that costs 799 yuan (US$ 113 / Rs. 8,540 approx.), 999 yuan (US$ 141 / Rs. 10,675 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 1199 yuan (US$ 170 / Rs. 12,815 approx.). It also comes in new Lotus Pink color.

Redmi Note 9 Pro Max gets another price hike in India, now starts at Rs. 16999

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand launched the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max smartphone in India back in March starting at Rs. 14,999, later in April the phone got up to Rs. 1500 price hike in the country due to increase in GST to 18% on mobile phones, and was sold at Rs. 16499. Today the phone has received a second price hike of Rs. 500 for the 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB versions and is being sold for Rs. 16,999 and Rs. 18,499, respectively. After last year’s 20000mAh Mi Power Bank 3, Xiaomi has announced its new 30000mAh Mi Power Bank 3 in China with support for maximum 24W (9V-2.6A) USB Type-C input and 18W output offering fast charging. It can charge Mi 10 and K30 Pro up to 4.5 times and the iPhone SE 2020 10.5 times. It has Polycarbonate and ABS body and comes with two USB Type-A ports with a maximum 18W output. Xiaomi just launched its Mi Notebook 14, the company’s first laptop in India, as it had promised. It comes in 3 models, and the Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition has a 14 Full HD horizon display with 3mm bezels on the three sides and 91% screen-to-body ratio, while the normal version a 14-inch FHD screen has 81.2% screen-to-body ratio. Xiaomi announces MIUI 12 Global Pilot Testing Program for POCO F1, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi Note 7/7S
