Huawei’s Honor brand just sent out invites for the launch of its next Honor smartphone in India on July 24th. The invite just has #NOORDINARYBEAUTY in Blue and Purple colors and two O’s that hint at a smartphone in different colors and dual rear cameras.
Huawei Nova 3 smartphone went official yesterday, now the details about the Nova 3i, a cheaper version of the Nova 3 powered by new Kirin 710 with support for GPU Turbo feature has surfaced. It packs a 6.3-inch FHD+ 19:5:9 aspect ratio curved glass display with a notch, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2 and a 24-megapixel front camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera, but this has a 16-megapixel rear camera AI scene recognition along with a 2-megapixel secondary rear camera for portrait shots.

Huawei has sent out invites for the Nova 3 event in China on July 18th as expected. In addition, the company also announced that it will introduce the new TalkBand B5 at the event. This surfaced in press shots last week revealing the smartwatch-like design along with a pop-out Bluetooth headset. Huawei’s Honor brand introduced its flagship Honor 10 smartphone back in April, which was launched in India in May. Now the company has introduced new Honor 10 GT, a new version with 8GB of RAM, GPU Turbo which promises 60% boost in processor efficiency and 30% less power consumption, as well as new AIS, AI intelligent stabilization AI-powered low-light image capture technology that automatically detects and tunes the camera to capture stunning night shots even without a tripod.

Huawei earlier this month has unveiled GPU Turbo technology, which according to the company would increase device performance by 60% while reducing power use by 30%. Huawei’s Honor Brand launched the Honor 7X smartphone in India back in December last year starting at Rs. 12,999. Today the company has announced a permanent price cut for the smartphone. The company even introduced a limited Red Edition earlier this year that joined Black, Blue and Gold color variants, and started manufacturing the phone in partnership with Flex at its plant in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai.
