We've been using the Integral 32GB memory card for quite some time now in our Nokia N8 and Samsung Galaxy Note. Using it under different scenarios lets us test the limitations of hardware under real life use such as recording 1080p video or copying a lot of music. The card in question is capable of Class 4 speeds.
Most phones comes with a minimum of 16GB storage these days which when supplemented by this card gives you a healthy 48GB to store your music and movies on. We ran the the Integral 32GB microSD card through a few benchmarks to gauge its speed.
Both CrystalMark and HDtach report read speeds of about 9.7mbps and write speeds of 3.441. This is not fast by any stretch but should suffice for casual usage. Loading up movies and music on the card will take quite some time due to the low speeds of the card. However recording HD video and high resolution photos was never a problem. You can get the Integral 32GB card alongside other accessories like mobile phone batteries from Mobile Fun for about $70.

Here is the FoneArena review of the SanDisk 64GB microSDXC memory card that was launched recently in India. SanDisk doesn't mention which class it belongs to, but after further investigation on some sites it is clear that it is a Class 6 Memory card. SanDisk promises read speeds up to 30 MB/sec.
We tested this card on some phones including Motorola Razr and Samsung Galaxy S2 and even on a year old Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and it works fine. Both the Razr and the Galaxy S2 comes with 16GB internal memory which makes the total space into 80GB to store all your Photos, Full HD videos and more. The Motorola Razr, Galaxy Note, Sony Tablet S and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 officially supports 64GB cards.
Let's get into the detailed review and see how it performs on some benchmarks.
Reed Write speed test using CrystalDiskMark
Read speeds were around 20 MB/s and Write speeds were around 9 MB/s.
Read Speed measured using HDTach
Read speeds were steady at 20 MB/s.
AnTuTu for Android Benchmark

Maximum Read speeds were around 27 MB/s and the Write speeds were around 19 MB/s with the Antutu app for Android. The speed varied drastically, and the increase in speed might be due to the app.

Screen protectors, cases, chargers, headphones, stands, tripods, bluetooth accessories, I've seen it all. But over the years only a few accessories have gone past the "oh I like it" stage to becoming an integral part of my daily usage. These accessories, for the most part, are universal: they will fit any gadget I am carrying which is a must for someone like me who changes devices and manufacturers often and owns quite a few different phones, not to mention trials a lot more.
1. Sennheiser CX-500 In-Ear Headphones
I am not an audiophile but I really hate the in-box headphones that come with most gadgets, especially the regular non in-ear design. I need good sound quality, comfort, durability, and a nice design. This is something I found when I snatched a pair of CX-500 for less than 30$ in a deal over 18 months ago. The sound quality is perfect, the inline volume control comes very handy, I frigging love their carrying pouch, and 18 months later, they're still going strong without any wear or tear issue.

The Samsung S8500 Bada Wave is finally hitting the shops but there seems to be a problem. The micro-SD cards that ship along with the Samsung S8500 Wave package seem to be infected.
The S8500 Wave ships with a 1GB micro-SD card which accidentally has a malware program called slmvsrv.exe on it. It is a self replicating virus known as Win32/Heur and appears with the Autorun.ini file. The virus will begin auto installation when it is inserted into any PC having the autorun feature enabled.
This does not seem to be just a specific unit problem and may be a problem with most handsets. We are hoping to hear an official statement from Samsung either confirming or denying this.

SanDisk, the biggest maker of memory products for mobile phones and portable electronics has just announced their embedded iNAND chip with 64GB capacity.
The new iNAND 64GB drive can be used for system booting, system code, and mass storage functions. It is intended for use in mobile phones and smart phones.
The new chip is said to consolidate system code and user data onto a single device thereby reducing the space required. It also helps to reduction in the power consumption compared to drives that use different devices for system code and user data.
The move comes in the right time when Apple iPhone and other products from leading manufacturers are soon expected to come with 64GB of built-in memory.

Mobile phones today are the called the Swiss knives of the technology world. They have everything right from a camera to a music editing software. The functions that are available on today's mobile phones are unlimited, the only thing that is unlimited is the memory. Though there are many phone is the market that can carry up to 16 gigs of data and some might be coming in the next 2 to 3 months that will cary more than that like the iPhone 32 GB. But thats all, todays phones need to have memory that is massive to carry all your music and multimedia files and a battery life to support that memory. May be IBM was working on this and not they are working on a mobile storage technology that can store ten times the dat that is stored today on a normal mobile phone and also enhance the battery life. IBM's racetrack technology will be able to store information inside the walls of the silicon wafers...cool. So once this memory commercializes it will be the death of PMP's cause whey anybody will buy a PMP when you have a mobile phone with IBM's racetrack technology.

The name Nokia is synonymous to someone who has made it big in the mobile handset industry. Nobody must have thought that a paper pulp and rubber making company will someday rule the world of mobile handsets. It is not the case that now Nokia only makes cell phones, the company recently came out with a Digital Pen, Nokia SU-27W. The phone has a built in memory and can record writing as well as pictures from a digital Notebook, ain’t it cool!!! The data can be transferred using Bluetooth or USB transfer. This Digital Pen works smoothly with N73 and E61 devices of Nokia. I think this can be a perfect Christmas gift for any geek.
