Germany says Boycott Nokia

After Nokia announced that they are closing their Germany based manufacturing facility at Bochum, Germans went berserk. They were very angry with Nokia’s closure and the reasons that the company has cited.

The Invest in Germany Council is not so happy with Nokia’s decision of closing its Bochum facility especially because of the reason that Nokia has given of Bochum being less competitive.

Nokia announces closure of Bochum facility

Nokia has announced that they will be closing their German manufacturing facility based in Bochum. This will be done by 2008. Nokia said that it is planning to move its production to other sites in Europe.
