Apple announced the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones today. The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus that were launched last year have support for 20 LTE bands. This year Apple has added support for 3 more bands. The new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus smartphones will support up to 23 LTE bands. These new iPhones also have LTE Advanced (LTE-A) that supports download speeds up to 300Mbps and also Voice-over-LTE (VoLTE), twice faster than the iPhone 6 and the 6 Plus that offer download speeds of up to 150Mbps. Apple just introduced the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones with 3D Force Touch display, new A9 chip and a 12MP iSight camera at an event. Apple announced that both these smartphone will be available in 12 countries that includes, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, the UK and the US from Friday, September 25. Pre-orders will begin Saturday, September 12 in these countries.

Apple iOS 9 to roll out on September 16

Apple announced the iOS 9, the next iteration of iOS at WWDC back in June. Today it announced that iOS 9 will be released to the public on Wednesday, September 16, four days after the new iPhones go on pre-order. The iOS 9 update brings powerful search and improved Siri features, new multitasking features that two apps at once, side by side on iPad, Picture-in-Picture, detailed transit information in Maps, News app and new capabilities in Apple Pay.

Apple introduces iPhone 6s with 3D force touch display and 12MP iSight camera

It’s that time of a year where will Apple unveils the S version of the iPhone and the tradition has continued with the introduction of iPhone 6s. The Cupertino based company has announced the successor of the iPhone 6 at its special event in San Francisco.

The Apple iPhone 6s carries the same design language as that of its predecessor, but the company has used entirely new aluminium, custom Apple alloy in the constructions. The newest iPhone has the same 4.7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD display and has the same resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels as that of the iPhone 6. However, the new model has the Force Touch technology underneath, which offers a whole new of interaction just like on Apple Watch. New Apple TV brings Siri and a touchscreen remote

Apple’s special event in San Francisco saw the unveiling of the company’s newest Apple TV. The latest model gets a hardware refresh and is now being powered by Apple A8 chip.

Apple introduced the iPad mini 4 along with the iPad Air Pro at its event in California. It has the same 7.9 inch Retina Display with 2048×1536 resolution seen on last year’s iPad mini 3 with Retina Display, but this has Apple A8X chip with M8 motion co-processor, compared to old A7 chip in the mini 2 and mini 3, Touch ID fingerprint sensor and other internals similar to the iPad Air 2.

Apple just announced the iPad Pro, a huge tablet with a 12.9-inch display with a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels at its event. It has a new A9X, Apple’s 3rd generation 64-bit chip with 2x memory bandwidth, 2x storage performance and 1.8x faster performance than the A8X in the Air 2. It is just 6.9mm thick, which is just 0.8mm thicker compared to the iPad Air 2.
