During  earnings call day, Elon Musk has announced the company’s intentions of building its own AI chipset for its self-driving cars. The product in question is the ‘Tesla Computer’ also known as ‘Hardware 3’ which is a Tesla built hardware product. Apple hit with $145 million fine over WiLan patent infringement

Apple is fined $145 million by the jury in San Diego over infringing two WiLan patents relating to wireless communications technology, WiLan, a unit of Quarterhill Inc. Apple, on the other hand, confirmed that it plans to appeal. The company earlier rejected claims of infringement in pre-trial filings.
