OnePlus at the MWC 2019 has showcased the prototypes of its upcoming 5G smartphone. When asked about the upcoming flagship; the OnePlus 7, the company’s CEO Lau revealed that he is indeed carrying the prototype of the upcoming flagship in his pocket but chose not to reveal it. Google begins replacing ‘Voice Match’ function with Assistant-only lock screen access

Google is removing the ability to fully unlock the phone using Voice Match on Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. At CES 2019, the company said that this feature would be coming to all Android devices. Replacing the full device unlock is the Voice Match recognition on phones and tablets can now only provide Assistant “personal results,” like email and calendar entries. Microsoft Excel app now lets you add data to spreadsheet directly from a photo

Microsoft is adding the ability which allows users to take a photo of a printed data table and convert it into a fully editable table in the Excel app for iOS and Android. Facebook now allows you to add event invites in Stories

Facebook brings a new update to Stories feature where you can now share events in Stories. This ability makes much more sense and makes it easier to invite your friends to Facebook events you’re attending. To share events in Stories, visit the page of the event and click “Share” below the date/time of the event. YouTube disables comments on videos featuring kids; introduces new comment classifier

With an aim to improve child safety on YouTube, the company over the past week, we disabled comments from tens of millions of videos that could be subject to predatory behavior. Samsung has finally decided to allow users to remap the Bixby key on its flagships S10-series that allows you to launch a third-party app using the key. Nokia 9 PureView to go on sale in the US from March 3rd, $100 off for limited period

HMD Global at the MWC 2019 event has introduced the Nokia 9 PureView smartphone with Penta cameras. The main highlight of the smartphone is its 12MP Penta rear cameras, two RGB and three monochrome lenses to collect up to 10-times the amount of light than a single color sensor, with ZEISS Optics. Developed in cooperation with multi-sensor camera company Light. Twitter confirms to be working on ‘Hide Tweet’ feature

Twitter confirmed that it is developing a new “Hide Tweet” feature which will give users an ability to protect their conversations. This new option is found in Twitter’s code and appear in the list choices when you click the “Share” button on a tweet. “Hide Tweet” might work as an alternative to muting or blocking a user, while still offering some control over a conversation.
