Samsung Tablet Ban lifted in EU except Germany

Following the preliminary injunction given to Samsung banning sales of its 10.1 ” tablet across Europe , the Dusseldorf based court has reverted on its order. Apple claims that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a copy of the Apple iPad in the design department.

HTC Holiday Prototype for AT&T Shows Up On Craigslist

A prototype of the rumored HTC Holiday has shown up on Craigslist. The phone running on Android Gingerbread 2.3.4 has been seen with a 1.2Ghz Dual Core CPU coupled with 1GB of RAM. A forum goer over at XDA spotted the device , got hold of it and shared the images on the forum. The 4.5″ screen on the HTC Holiday has a qHD (960 x 540) resolution.

Windows Phone ‘Tango’ to bring the OS to the masses

When Nokia and Microsoft announced their partnership both the companies promised to out WP devices at all price points including the budget segment. If rumors are to be believed , the Tango update will do just that by bringing the same Windoes Phone experience at a lower than ever price point.

This latest comes from Marey Jo Foley who states that the update might mostly or exclusively target the Asian markets. The Tango update is expected to be available sometime early next year. Nokia N9 not coming to USA

The Nokia N9 which will be Nokia’s first and only MeeGo device is eagerly awaited by people all over the world but it seems that America will not be able to experience the awesomeness of the user interface. Nokia 701/ RM-774 gets certified by the FCC

FCC certifications for the upcoming Nokia 701 have been spotted by the guys at Engadget. This combined with the previous UA Profile leak confirm the existence of the device. Considering that FCC approval is the last step before being available in the market , it seems the phone will be announced quite soon.

iPhone 5 Spotted In Spy Shot ?

A forum poster over at MacRumors has just posted an image of what appears to be the upcoming iPhone 5. The device appears to have returned to the curved design paradigm of the previous generations. The phone looks extremely thin and appears to coincide with the rumors that the device will clock in at just 7mm thickness.

Motorola Pax : Dual Core BlackBerry Killer Spotted

This is my next have got their hands on a new Motorola device dubbed the Pax. Coming in a BlackBerry-esque formfactor , the phone has a dual core processor. The phone is said to run on Android Gingerbread. The screen size is 3.5″ and has the standard WVGA resolution.

Nokia 500 – 1GHz Symbian Anna Phone Launched

Nokia just launched a new generation low end touchscreen handset. Dubbed the Nokia 500 , it comes with the new generation 1Ghz class processors. Symbian Anna comes preloaded on the device.  The screen is a 3.2″ capacitive multi touch panel with nHD resolution. On the back , users can find a 5MP Autofocus EDoF/Fixed focus camera unit.

Nokia X7 Review

Nokia’s connection with mobile gaming goes back to the days of the N-Gage and its follow up the N-Gage QD. This was followed by the software only N-Gage 2.0 which was poised to become the next big service. Sadly that was not to be.
