Airtel released the my airtel app for Android, iPhone and BlackBerry smartphones back in September 2012. Now the app is available for Windows Phone 8 devices. It lets you manage airtel mobile, broadband & digital tv connections, pay outstanding bills, recharge pre-paid accounts, activate or deactivate any service, raise requests-complaints and more. This only works on a registered alternate contact number for airtel broadband and digital tv users.
