Nokia 301 officially launched in India for Rs. 5349


Nokia has officially launched the Nokia 301 in India. It was announced at the MWC 2013 earlier this year and went on sale in India last month. It has a 2.4-inch  (320 x 240 pixels) display and runs on Series 40 OS. It has 3G support and comes with 3.2-megapixel rear camera with unique panorama, sequential shot which takes shots at 3-5 fps. It also lets you choose the perfect picture and self-portrait feature that uses voice prompts to tell you how to position the phone so your face is properly in the frame. It comes with dual SIM support with Easy Swap Dual SIM that allows you to switch SIM cards without turning off the phone.

It comes preloaded with UTV movies app that would let you enjoy free movie streaming over 3G. It has Nokia Xpress Browser that saves 90% of the cost. Other apps include, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and eBuddy. The  Mail for Exchange Lite lets you check email and sync the calendar and contacts on-the-go.
