Vodafone India has launched customer support through live chat. This service lets Vodafone customers chat to the customer care executive to solve their queries about their connection. This saves a lot of time since it connects quickly, unlike a call to customer support that would have several procedures before it connects to a customer care executive. Tata Docomo introduced live chat support for their customers few years back.
To use the Vodafone Live Chat, one can click the “Happy To Help through live chat” part on the right pane in the support page on the Vodafone website. This would open up a new popup window, where you can enter your name and Vodafone number to start chatting. The live chat is available only from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
This facility is currently available for Vodafone customers in Delhi & NCR, Gujarat and Mumbai and would be rolled out in other circles soon. Live chat support non Vodafone customers would also be available soon, that would let them ask their queries about a Vodafone packs or get a new connection just by entering their personal details.
