Google announced in their Android blog today that developers can now use different graphic ads, promotions for different regions.

Google Play Store is spreading its wings to different countries, and are trying to blend in with that country as much as they can. They are now allowing app developers to create localized graphics and promotions, for example Diwali animations and promotions/Discounts in India during the holiday season in the country. This is a great step taken by Google, now we hope to see more localized options like music and movies, etc.
