AT&T has updated its device return policy and from October 7th on wards, customers have to return the device within 14 days.
The customers who buy the device before October 7 can return their devices in 30 days. The new policy will only be applicable to customers purchasing devices from October 7th. This policy will not be applicable to certain business customers of AT&T who will still have 30 days to return their devices. AT&T customers will still have the option to update the voice and data plans any time.
