Google Play lets you update and uninstall apps on your phone from the browser

The Google Play website  ( previously known as Android Market) has got a cool new feature. You can now remotely delete /uninstall and update apps on your phones connected to you Google account.

You can also install new apps to your phone using the site, but that feature is not new and has been there for a while. You cannot delete the System Apps though. This feature might come in pretty handy if you have many Android phones and want to update the apps or want to know which apps have received updates.
