SanDisk has launched Extreme Pro microSDHC UHS-I card in India. These cards would offer up to 90MB/sec write speed for capturing multiple photos using burst mode with a UHS-I enabled mobile device and up to 95MB/sec read speed to move files quickly between host devices.
These cards come in 8GB and 16GB variants and are Water-proof, temperature proof, X-ray proof, shock proof. It is compatible with all microSDHC supporting devices and is ideal for UHS-enabled smartphones and tablets.
These cards are expected at a maximum suggested retail price (MSRP) of Rs. 2,599 and Rs. 4,699. It would be available in India by the third quarter (Q3) of 2012.
