Galaxy Nexus coming to Sprint on April 22 for $199.99


Sprint has announced that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus would be available stating April 22. It is also the first Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich, smartphone with 4G LTE capability on Sprint. It boasts 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 4.65-inch (1280 x 720 resolution pixels) HD Super AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera with auto focus and 1080p video capture, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera that lets the user video chat with a group of up to 10 friends.

It has Google Wallet, that lets you Turn the smartphone into a wallet using NFC to make safe, secure purchases at more than 100,000 participating retailers. Other features include, 32GB internal memory (ROM), 1GB RAM, Stereo Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi – 802.11 a/b/g/n, 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot capability supporting up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously, aGPS and 1850mAh Lithium-ion battery.

The Galaxy Nexus is now on pre-order from Sprint, and would be available from Sprint Stores, Sprint Business Sales, Telesales (1-800-SPRINT1) and  Web Sales on Sunday, April 22, for $199.99 (excluding taxes) with a new line of service or eligible upgrade and 2-year service agreement.
