NVIDIA Tegra 4 roadmap leaked, expected in Q1 2013

NVIDIA Tegra 4, their next-gen mobile System-on-Chip (SoC) roadmap has leaked, that details their entire line-up expected in 2013. It is code-named Wayne and would use the same 4-PLUS-1 configuration as the Tegra 3

The leaked roadmap reveals 4 different models with 2 flashship models, T40 and T43 with ARM cortex A15 processors with 1.8 GHz and 2.0 GHz clock speeds that are aimed at 10-inch tablets. The AP40 is also similar but it would be running at between 1.2GHz and 1.8GHz and are would be available for mid-range devices in Q3 2013.

The SP3X is slated for mid-range 7-inch tablets and would also include built-in LTE support and 42Mbps HSPA+ support. Due to the lack of LTE support in the Tegra 3 chips, AT&T’s HTC One XL uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor instead of Tegra 3. This is expected only in Q3 2013, which might even be pushed further.
