Samsung Rugby Smart rugged Android smartphone coming to AT&T on March 4 for $99.99

Samsung has announced Samsung Rugby Smart, waterproof (up to 1m for 30 minutes) and dustproof Android smartphone for AT&T. It has 3.7-inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen display and a 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording and 1.3 MP front facing camera. It is 12.19mm thick and weighs 119.06g and runs on  Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).

The connectivity features include, 3G HSPA, Bluetooth and WiFi. It has 4 GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD. Even though the processor is not mentioned, it is likely to come with 1 GHz single-core Samsung Hummingbird processor. It comes with 1650 mAh battery that offers up to 8h of talk time and up to 16 days standby.

The Samsung Rugby Smart would be available from AT&T starting March 4th for  $99.99 with a two-year commitment and monthly minimum data plan.
