TATA Tele Orissa Circle Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey

According to a recent report by the business standard, in a recent customer satisfaction survey, TATA idicom tops with 94% customer satisfaction followed by, Reliance and BSNL – 93%, Airtel- 91% and the recently launched service provider in the state – Vodafone – 89%. The report also adds that, this high level of Customer satisfaction by TATA Indicom users is just in the state of Orissa and not the entire country.

Most of you must be aware of the fact that, TATA Indicom – Run by the TATA’s group, is one of the least congested mobile operators in India. And experts suspect this to be the reason behind high customer satisfaction.

    Tata indicom is not get good service because Tata Indicom now join all his/her customer in Life Time validity service because the company get more profit with life time service. in life time all call chargers is increase 10 paise to 30 paise for T2T & all local go to 50 paise to 75 paise & STD call also increase so i request all customer left the Tata Indicom service and join less call rate service which u interest but please left the Tata Indicom.
