Pierre Cardin Designer Tablet price drops to £225, gets Android 2.3



Pierre Cardin launched their 7 inch Android designer tablet last month in UK for £275. Now the tablet is called PC-7006G and the price of the tablet has dropped to £225. The tablet now comes with the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).

The Tablet is powered by 1 GHz Samsung S5PV210 Cortex-A8 CPU and has 512MB DDR 2 RAM and comes with 4GB Internal memory that is expandable up to 16GB with MicroSD. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and Mini USB. It has 1.3 Megapixel front facing camera and supports 720p video playback. It has multi format audio and video player, and E-book support. It has 4400mAh Lithium Ion battery.

It doesn’t have SIM card slot, but you could use a compatible 3G dongle separately by connecting it to the tablet via Mini USB using the OTG Cable provided. The PC-7006G tablet is now available for £224.90 (US$ 360) in UK and comes with 4GB Memory card. You can get the tablet from the Pierre Cardin UK online store.
