Bolt Browser with support for Indian languages now available for download



Bolt is one of the popular browser in India, and now it supports several Indian languages that is powered by Font Technology. The Indic support was available only through carriers and OEMs previously.

The Bolt browser already has some of the features like streaming audio and video streaming, Geo location feature, Flash and HTML5 video support. It also has Twitter and Facebook widgets and download manager with resume feature.

The new version of supports Indian languages that include Hindi,Bengali, Gurumukhi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam and Oriya. You could view the web pages in these languages even if your phone doesn’t support it.

They would Demo the Indic version of BOLT and preview the Android version of the Bolt Browser at Communic Asia exhibition and conference, in Singapore from 21-24 June 2011.

You could download the new version of the Bolt browser with the Indic support from official site boltbrowser.com. Users in India could also SMS ‘BOLT’ to 56677 (Respective charges apply) to get the link to download the browser.
