Japan’s NTT Docomo Launching 24 New Devices

on May 22, 2011 – 2:37 pmOne Comment

Japan’s largest telecom operator NTT Docomo just revealed its plans for the summer by announcing 24 new devices. These phones cover almost any kind of usage a person might have or want and gives them unparalleled choice. Android Gingerbread is the operating system of choice on 8 of the devices. The camera phone segment has been pushed up a notch by the 6 devices on offer with cameras ranging from 12 to a whopping 16 megapixels.

Especially for the ladies there is a Swarovsky crystals wrapped phone.  From the 24 devices announced , we think the Galaxy SII , Aquos SH-12C , Optimus Bright , Xperia Acro deserve special mention for bringing extremely innovative features and designs. There is also LOOX F-07C , the world’s first phone to dual boot Windows 7 and Symbian. Suffice it to say that NTT Docomo’s customers are going to be spoilt for choice.

    16 MP cameras!!!!!!!!!!!.

I was going to ditch my TATA DOCOMO card (the only advantage it has is a decent and stable internet connection that is cheap as well. It lacks in coverage and customer service).

I guess, if they offer some speciial discounts on the Samsung S II i might buy it.

    Yay! – first to comment.
