RIM Launches Blackberry Style 9670 (CDMA) in India

Research in Motion (RIM) has launched Blackberry Style 9670 (CDMA) in India. This was launched in U.S last October 2010 on Sprint. This is a Flip phone with QWERTY keypad.

This phone also has an external display and Optical trackpad. There are preinstalled applications for accessing YouTube, BBM, Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.

Specifications of Blackberry Style 9670

  • Internal display – 2.7 inch 360 x 400 pixels 65K colors, TFT screen.
  • External – QVGA (240×320 pixels) display.
  • Dimensions – 96 x 60 x 18.5 mm and weighs 131 g
  • QWERTY keyboard
  • 5 MP Camera with auto focus, image stabilization and LED flash
  • BlackBerry OS 6.0
  • 512 MB Internal memory, expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD(8GB included)
  • 3G – Rev. A, up to 3.1 Mbps
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, GPS with A-GPS
  • 1150 mAh with 4 h 30 min and 10.5 days standby

The official price has not been revealed, but the market price should be around Rs.25000

UPDATE : The official price of the BlackBerry Style is Rs. 24, 990 (MRP) . Who is going to get one ?
