My mobile phone having some problem in menu, there is 10 options, among that one sim card option has been authomaticlly invisibled. And one more is that we getting in memory card free 302 MB Music but they are not playing and alert massage coming that Please activate Song,I want to play that songs, what should I do? to slove both the problems.

It takes too much time to charge battery and signifiantly less time for discharging.

I am using it i get hardly one day back up.
my 2 yr old sony erisson is giving me two or one & a half day back up
i think there is some issue with the battery back up.
data cable is too short its useless .

Hi Friends, I waited almost 6 months for the release of this phone. But It was a great mistakes. Although the fone has got a good music and other features but I am facing some software problems. During call the phone get automatically switched off, it has low microphone sound, low battery back up, only 3gp video support and a major fault is the position of speaker. When you put the phone over bed it is difficult tohear the ringtone and many time I got my calls missed.

Current Price of the phone is rs 5300 in delhi.
camera is looks like vga camera..
There is lot of picture quality difference in 2 mp camera in nokia as compare to sony ericsson.
Price range is fine rest of the features are not upto the mark.

nokia 5130 good phone

Hey, i am using nokia 5130 since 11 months.i bought this on 7th march 2009. It hangs 3 or 4 times in the period of 6 months, after that i have no pblm with this phone. Music is Superb when hearing through headset.When hearing some songs, get choppy sound in high volume (at sound level 10).

I am using this phone since 6 month. It is really a good phone with great looks, good sound quality &exallant browsing experience with page saving option .You can hear radio on loudspeaker as well. Screen resolution is very good hence photos looks great on viewing. But few Demerits-
1. Speaker is on back side so cant hear song on putting it on a surface. I have bought a cellphone stand to solve this prob.
2. Searching a song a tough task as with 1gb card u can have lots of song to choose. And have to scroll from up 2 down.
3. U cant download any thing from net.
4. The worst feature is video quality. It is so poor that u dont like 2 show ur videos 2 anyone.

Hey Roy.Get the phone software updated.I got it done,so it happens to hang less now.It mainly happens, when you switch on the phone and instantly start working on it. The only remedy is let the phone start and give it 10mints to get ready then you can work on it.Then it will not hang.After you get the software updated,then they remove some of the unwanted features so that it works easily.

U know me using the same phone. I bought it in October. If ur music player is hanging while sending group msgs then I think u should have to update the software by using FOTA. I’m using v7.91. Which version u r using? But see my music player never hangs while I’m sending group msgs. My phone always works well. I’m happy with it. I think u’d be also.

You can search the song by typing the first letter, 2nd letter & so on as you do to search the contacts.
For downloading from net, use operamini 5 or ucweb mobile browsers.

The processor,ram are very slow
battery is very bad

sony ericsson is very fast(nokia is very very slow) to launch any application,game,music.
battery is very good
support all applicaion (where nokia dose not suport many game,app .out of memory problem in game is seen any time)
sound of sony ericsson is very good(nokia is much much worst).

in nokia sound and battery are very very bad.
the set of nokia is very slow

worst mobile.. i have purchased dis mobile before 1 year.. and now its not working properly,, and nokia center also says dat its hardware not working,, and for fixing it they charge 2000-2500. 

I buyed this phone 1.5 years back… its still so awesome that I cant tell you… all the features are working properly.. If you facing any problem then go for the software update.. it will surely gonna help.
