Symbian Gets Augmented Reality App – Layar

Layar has launched their Layar Reality Browser for phones running Symbian OS. Layar claims it to be a truly terrific augmented reality experience for the users.

Layar plans to take augmented reality to the masses with the help of Nokia and the Symbian platform. Layar wants to enrich the lives of people by providing a great experience and changing how they view the world.

The application is supported on the following devices :

  • Symbian^3 – Nokia N8, Nokia C7, Nokia C6-01, Nokia E7
  • S60 – Nokia N97, Nokia N97-mini

Users can download the application from the Nokia OVI store here.
