Currently, the maps have routes for 14 sites in Tunisia, Italy, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Great Britain, and Ireland. To route to any of the destinations, users need to download the file with markers and open it on the smartphone or tablet, using the MAPS.ME app. These locations will be saved in the “My Markers” section and will load automatically when you open the given country’s map.

Another interesting feature to note is that when you press a marker, you will see the location’s real name, location’s Star Wars name, and a brief note about the episodes filmed there. All of this information is available in four languages; Russian, English, German, and Spanish.

If you’re not aware, MAPS.ME app is available for iOS, Android, and BlackBerry as well. You can download the file with markers from MAPS.ME website.
