Sprint explain “What is 4G?”

on September 29, 2010 – 10:22 am2 Comments

I have seen a lot of people asking me the question that What is 4G? I always reply that it’s a 2nd gen of 3G, and it’s ten time faster, this is the basic but Sprint want to take you deep. In the video below, you will see that a Sprint guy will tell you about 4G, so next time if you are going to buy the Evo 4G or Epic 4G, then you’ll know what are you getting. So folks watch the video after the break, and tell us what do you think?

Well Sprint has 1 yr to bring 4g to my area, which more then likely will not happen or else next year upgrade it is back down to 3g. I am not going to pay $10 for something I do not have, even if Sprint says the $10 is not for 4g access. For what I use the Epic for 3g will be fine.

4g is very spotty at best. “Sprint Coverage map” is not the true rep of what the signal coverage area is so do not get excited. Lets just say it is a “hit and miss” I am very disappointed, I too will be going back to 3g next yr.
