Android 7.0 Nougat beta testing will begin on Galaxy S7 and S7 edge to from November 9. Last year Samsung had offered a similar beta program for Marshamallow on Galaxy S6 and S6 edge.

The Android Nougat testing will continue till mid December.  Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge models in the United States, United Kingdom, South Korea, and China will be permitted to enroll in the Galaxy Beta Program. In order to enroll to the program, users need to install the Galaxy Beta Program app from the Galaxy Apps store and sign-up for the test. Users will be able to test the new major update and provide Samsung with feedback about its performance, stability and usability.

It must be noted that not everyone who enrolls for the beta program will be able to test it as Samsung will select only a fixed number of users. Those users who get selected for the beta program, will be able to download beta Nougat builds from the Software Update section in your phone’s settings.
