Micromax Q6 with Land Slider QWERTY Keypad

Micromax QWERTY Dual SIM phones have been received very well by users and looks like the company is not going stop releasing similar phones. The Micromax Q6 features a Slide-out QWERTY keypad along with a T9 keypad in the front. The company is calling the slide out keypad a Land Slider (Landscape Slide out keypad ? )

The Q6 has one touch access to Facebook and sports a 2 MP camera on the back.

It also comes loaded with Facebook,Opera Mini Browser and Nimbuzz Messenger. It also has few Games on board. Although the phone has a large keypad there is no mention of Email on the device.

Micromax Q6 Price and Availability

The handset is expected to go on sale soon . Pricing information is not known at the moment but looking at Micromax’s track record , the Q6 should be under Rs.7500

    Yes it looks like nokia E75::
    Desine is cool but screen seems to be small..
    And while talking to dul sim stand by.
    when one sim is working ..at the same time if some one try to secound it prompts not rechable..
    Means no use of dul sim
    While samsung c2112 have both sim active same time…
    All micromax phone have the same problem..

    What is the quality of the camera. Many micromax mobiles claiming with 2 mp of camera has a poor quality of image.

    hi guys i own a q6…its a dumb phone..so be careful when u buy it.it promises a lot but delivers less..wer as q7 is much better.q6 has a metal case..its sliding is poor,keypad also not good as the samsung corby

    Don’t buy Micromax phones….they have nice features in very less price but quality is not up to the mark….. I bought a Q5 5 months back and this phone make me visit Micromax service center for more than five times in five months. I want this Indian brand to grow but seems they are more interested in hiring big brand ambassador than quality of their products. Give a thought before you buy guys. All the best :)

    I totally disagree with all u guys…. this phone is not the perfect one best omne among the goodones of micromax.
    it makes you feel that you really have a mobile in ur hand(coz of its weight). There is a small fear of the slide portion to get damge due to rough use.. apart from this the phone rocks.

    Q6 has very heavy mobile. It looks and feels classic. Both the keypads are awesome the qwerty and the alphanumeric ones are awesome. Sound quality is superb. However, the sound is not that loud in speakers compared to china phones or micromax q75. but sound stage is way better than other micromax mobiles. The downside is u cannot make multiple playlist and cannot sort tracks according to artist.Also, there is no wifi if u want one.
