I asked about the 5530 in one of the Nokia Priority Shops in Hyderabad. The person said it would be coming in the last week of September. Last week is still, Q3, 2009.

  • Santo says:

Nokia 5530 phone is still not arrived in India. Nokia officials conduct press meet in every corner but there is no action on their part and they don’t even know the exact date on which this phone will be available.
This is based on my personal experience with Nokia officials. I had contacted the top level people and they are tight lipped about the availability date.

The MRP that they quoted in all those press meets is Rs.14029/- which is very costly and it is not worth for this price. I hope Nokia is listening and will make this phone available without any further delay but only after fixing all those bugs.
