We just heard from Nokia that they are launching the eagerly awaited 5530 XpressMusic phone [specs] in India later today. Further details including the price and exact availability should be out soon. We spotted this phone along with the 5730 and E72 on Nokia India’s Website couple of weeks ago. So its not just showing coming soon on the webpage but the phone must be really coming soon to a Nokia Store near you .
Interesting Features of this touchscreen phone
- Full TouchScreen with tactile feedback with new homescreen and contacts bar
- S60 5th Edition
- Trendier Design compared to 5800
- Interesting position of 3.5 mm audio port at the bottom
- No physical keys
- 3.2-megapixel camera with LED flash
- Connecitivity – Bluetooth, WiFi, and EDGE
- widescreen video playback at 640×360;
- hot-swappable MicroSD slot (4GB included);
- standard 3.5mm audio plug for your rocking headsets.

Like all of you even I was eagerly waiting for Nokia 5530..
You all might be aware that it has already launched in Europe..
Just go through below URL and it will let you know why we need to wait for some more time till this bugs are fixed.. or else take home buggy phone..

I heard it been available at Planet M Stores for 13.5-13.8K. But i dont know why it isnt available there? Does any of You know when will it be available in the indian markets?

it available in mumbai(kandivali) it cost 14,200.
I havent seen online in univercell, wavetelmobiles etc….if the above rate is true at 14,200 its weird because nokia 5800 is currently retailing at 13,800 …it doesnt make sense to price 5530 higher than 5800
