Omnia HD with 1 Ghz Processor??? I think there are some major confusions… the one which is doing rounds in the international market has an ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz Processor.. then how come in India they are claiming 1 Ghz??? or they have customized for India to beat the iPhone 3GS??? if it is so, it sure has to blow the phones avb currently in the market…
@Varun – Could you please confirm this thing again coz the samsung India site has no info as of now…
thanks
I used the OMNIA HD which my cousin got for me from abroad. Its a terrible device. I had several issues mainly with lag time and the whole software is just too clunky. Its light years away from the touch interface of the iPhone or the versatality of the Nokia N97. Its neither here nor there. Most definately not something that I would invest in again.
@km
Dude just go to in.samsungmobile.com, u can find in upcuming site that its mention as a 1Ghz,,
Samsung will be introducing 1Ghz processor phone from india,,
I only want to know the date when it will be available at Mobile Store
@ TJ – thsxzz TJ wud check it… but this is amazing then that its upgraded to 1Ghz … m also awaiting the same though…
@Trun – Dude i wonder on the issues you had with it.. I cud agree partially with you for the issues you had coz the ppl i knw who have used the internatinal version of Omnia didnt had any issues and moreover the reviews of this phone are not bad at all… although i agree that touch interface mighgt not be exactly like iPhone but it still has close competition with that gadget…
@Varun Krish
Mate plszz change the specs now… its not 1Ghz anymore coz Samsung has agreed to a A8 ARM Cortex 600Mhz CPU.. it was a major blunder on Samsung’s part.. their website http://www.samsungmobile.com also displays the change…
I am really shocked with such a typo being done on the launch and with all eyes shut from Samsung people… what an idiot people they are…
Thanks
km ,

Hello,
Can somebody tell me which is better N71 or samsung omnia pro(indian version).What i observed is N71 is not window operated but omnia pro in having windows 6.1 which is a more updated version but cost wise N71 is costlier than samsung.So i cant understand which one should i buy.
Please reply…on technical merits and even taking cost into consideration.
Sorry i want the comparison between E71 and samsung omnia pro not N71.Pls note the change for my above comments.
