Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Firmware Update to Bring New Features

We have all seen the new improvements in the Nokia N97 UI such as the Kinetic Scrolling, Widgets etc. Well now there is news that Nokia is a set to release a new firmware update for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Version V31 (Version number may change) and the firmware will bring many new features to the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
The new update is said to contain many of the Nokia N97 features such as the improved Homescreen, Kinetic Scrolling, Widgets, Camera Improvements etc. The Kinetic Scrolling and the Homescreen have already been implemented and confirmed working on the upcoming Nokia 5530 XpressMusic. Nokia are right now testing the firmware on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and if everything goes well, we may have a new and improved 5800.
Here are some features of the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic that have been found on a prototype:
- Enhanced homescreen (contacts bar + applications/widget shortcut)
- Kinetic Scrolling (which is only available for web browsing, home screen and contacts scrolling)
We should expect to see the same thing on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Firmware Update if it comes through. We will let you know more about the firmware update as we receive information.

It is a very good news for 5800 users like me and i am looking very eagerly forward for this update in the firmware. As there are lot other phones coming in the market with lot of user interface features, like 3D, touch wiz technology etc etc Nokia has to bring this update faster so that its users doesn’t go away to other mobiles. SINCE ONE MOUNTH PASSED I AM USEING NOKIA 5800 BUT BY MISTAKE I HAVE DELETIED CLANDER ICKON FROM THE MENU TELL ME HOW TO RESTORE IT IN MY CELL
