The problem being it has not shared even 1% of indias market share till now. They are good, but as any one would understand it WILL TAKE TIME for them to build up as they are in a financially bad position worldwide. I am a businessman too and i have a palm Treo. I am not interested in listening to a robot when I need support. Apple's support may not be great, but atleast you aren't stuck.
