Nokia launches Java Runtime 2.0 for Symbian S60

Nokia Beta Labs has launched the Nokia Java Runtime 2.0 for Symbian S60 devices today. This new release gives the the S60 devices with several usability and performance improvements like:
* One-click application installation
* Improved application launch user experience
* Improved execution performance
And According to Nokia Beta Labs, Java Runtime will be developed and released independent from S60 releases now onwards, which means all its future updates can be directly downloaded on your phone, using the built-in Nokia S60 Software Update functionality.
However Note that, the Java Runtime 2.0 for S60 has been tested only with Nokia 5800 XpressMusic with Firmware versions 20.x.xxx, 21.x.xxx and Nokia N97 with firmware versions 10.x.xxx and 11.x.xxx.
