Welcome to Day 4 of Search for N Contest to win Nokia N97. The N97 has a revolutionary keyboard.
Today’s question : What are the first six letters in the modern day keyboard layout ? There are a lot of interesting things about the keyboard on the phone.Its got 3 rows of keys which are nicely spaced apart.The first question I asked N97 Designer, Axel Meyer was about the space bar on the QWERTY keypad.The space bar is pretty tiny and finds it place on the right side. Normally one would expect a larger spacebar and also positioned at the center. But Axel suggested that I use the keyboard for a while and see how it worked. After I used the space bar on the right, i actually found it easy to use. It seems that this new keyboard follows haptics effectively(Haptics is study of human touching behaviour)

Both the black and white variants have backlit QWERTY keyboards.
The first row of keys comprise of alphanumeric keys which can be toggled using the shift. There’s the backspace / delete key on the right end. Second row comprises of alphabets and symbols and the Return / Enter key at the end.The Third row has more alphabet and symbol keys . It also has the shift key, function key and a nice symbol key. Overall It took a few minutes to get used to the N97’s QWERTY Keyboard,but i could type fast and without making mistakes. I like the space between the keys. This space is present because the N97 does not come with a cheap membrane keyboard but with individual keys !

hello. it is unfair to accept answers given before 8 o’clock. when the official commencing time of contest is 8 o’clock then how can people give answers before that time???? this is against your own rules. people giving answers at 5/6/7 O’clock shud be disqualified. Please do not accept answers before 8 O’clock. and rules say that winner will be the person with all correct answers in the fastest time. this implies that only the time of answer given on last day really matters. You have to clarify this point.

hey i answered da 4th day question at 8:15 something .. but u sent me a reminder dat still hav to answer the 4th question at arnd 9:45 am sumthing.. so m submitting my answer wat i think is my second time … but still cant take any risk .. nokia n97 is at stake .. so consider my case if dis happens to b my second time submittin da answer …

Keepin in mind the previous experiences, today i intentionaly opened the web page at 4.15 pm.and submitted the answer. Hope it’l b accepted.
Further- what exactly r the rules about the timings- Ppl r submitting answer much b4 the specified timings and the same is also being accepted? Donno, if the whole thing is farce. If so, then why to waste time? But i sincerely hope it is not so.

I want to ask if it is allowed to post our answers before the scheduled time of 8 in the morning? Some people before me have also raised this question, but no answer has come from the Admin. Why are you not respecting your own rules by accepting answers before 8 ( you have said so in your UPDATE in previous day’s question page )?? This is grossly unfair and a breach of the Rules & Regulations set by you yourself.
Kindly explain this matter urgently for the sake of fairness of this contest.

@Preetam : I dont think there is going to be a problem if you have submitted your answer more than once. Yesterday and (today also for some time) the answer widget was not loading properly so many people were not sure if their answers had been submitted. As long as you have submitted the same and correct answer every time, it does not matter how many times you have submitted your answer. Your entry will be valid.
