Submitted by Varun Krish on June 17, 2009 – 8:00 am| 67 Comments

Welcome to Day 3 of Search for N to Win Nokia N97.

Today’s question :

What is a virtual store that lets you store, share and access content ? Just look for the clue in the article and enter it in the N97 phone below.

Do you know that you can now download tons of new applications to your nokia mobile phone using your mobile or PC  ?  I downloaded this star trek nokia ring tone for free for from the Ovi Store

The store was launched last month by Nokia to enable users get the latest software and content on their phone with ease.

The Ovi Store features both paid and free downloads. There are multiple ways to access the store. You can use store.ovi.com from your mobile phone browser or use the ovi application. You can also logon to the website on your PC and send the downloads to your phone by supplying your mobile number. All you need is to get a free nokia account which many of you might be having already.

UPDATE :Winners have been announced.

Thanks for participating on Day 3 . hope you submitted your answer above.

Come back tomorrow for Day 4 at 8:00 am for a new clue !

Remember you have to participate all 5 days to enter the contest !

UPDATE

We noticed because of the downtime this morning, a lot of users have started submitting their responses in the comments section/or may have also submitted their response before 8:00 am.

1. Users who have submitted queries before 8:00 am will be counted.

2. Users  who have submitted queries while the widget was not displaying properly: are being counted.

3. Users who have submitted answers in the comment section since the widget may not have been working, those answers will also be counted. However, we could request all of them to submit the responses in any case in the widget.

The problem of the widget not showing is common. From last 3days I have noticed that the phone widget displays properly after 8:30AM. I always wait for 8:00AM daily coz I want this phone in my had not on websites ;)

Now this is not fair.. i was there frm 7.55 am but i couldnt c the n97 answer box..but i never commented as it was clear enough that just commenting answer in the post is of zero value.. but now its said something else… this will not be fair enough..plz think of that..

    Hi Varun,

Thanks for the update addressing the problem which was faced by people this morning. The answer, of course, is OVI STORE……I hope you received my submission in the morning. But don’t you think that your servers are not able to handle the rush of the morning, when everyone wants to be the first to give their answers. That’s why the servers are down from 8:00 AM to say 9:00 AM. This problem will be there again tomorrow also. Can’t you devise a better method of selecting the winners rather than just giving the phones to the first two persons who submit their answers in the morning? Say, shouldn’t you consider something like writing a SLOGAN about the phone to determine the winners rather than just giving it to whoever submits the answer first? This way you will be able to prevent the early morning rush.

And secondly, I wanted to ask you a question. Are the timings of submission of answers important on each of the five days, or will the winner be the first person to submit the answer on the final day? Since the rules say that whoever submits 5 all correct answers the earliest will be the winner. Please clarify.

    Warm regards

    Hi Varun,

I want to thank you for your concern because it really hmakes us feel better….my comment ws on 8:17…naswer is of course ovi store but i failed to mention it in my comment.Although,I did answer in the incompletely loaded widget but am not sure whether my answer was submitted. That was around 8:02.So please take it into consideration if you have missed it.Thanks a lot.I have answered the other two questions as early as 8:01 i think..so this would really help my chances to win the contest and get my hands on the Nokia N-97
    Thanks again
