Right now it installed, but can’t connect to itunes store so the installation has been stuck. All I’m getting is a “Connect to iTunes” screen on my phone with the option to make an emergency call

After you have connected the phone to your computer, you will see an update option.

DONT click on that .

use the SHIFT key along with that click on UPDATE .

You must be prompted for a file , pick the one you downloaded above.

You must have 3.0 Power if all goes well after the firmware is now installed on your phone!

this files are hosted on akamai , the company apple uses to host downloads.

I meant “apple servers ” just to emphasize this is something official and not something shady !
