If you are a Android Developer , you should have made it to Google’s Annual I/O Cconference at San Francisco.

Google is reportedly giving away free android phones to the developers attending the event .

There was some initial confusion about the free phone being the G1 and that T-Mobile was trying to clear inventory . But Matt Cutts , Google Employee confirmed that It is indeed a HTC Magic a.k.a G2that is being handed out to developers

Its a cool Black Magic Android phone which needs to be activate.

Confirmation from a twitterer Gopal Patel.
