		<description>Today, 25th may 2009, the Airtel Network has been down and dead in Bidadi, Ramanagaram District, next to Toyota Plant. All the customer Service can do is take a complaint, which is usually not attended at all. Airtel - I believe - does not care for customers anymore, they can always find another million suckers like me in India.
The Management at Airtel don&#039;t care and they have hidden their names, faces and phone numbers from their customers. They put some dumb operator in the middle to take the wrath of customers.
What a HORRIBLE COMPANY and it is a shame that CII and other major representatives of Indian Businesses keep giving them Awards. For What? For the most technically faulty network or for the most technically incompetant management.
