Recently there were speculations that Chinese Mobiles may soon be banned in India, and the apex court (Supreme Court) of India also ordered to ban all Chinese mobiles in India that are being used without IMEI numbers.

Supreme court earlier gave a dead line, prior to which, all the telecom operators had to ban services in such mobiles. But the recent order by supreme court of India will be a relief for all Chinese mobile users. According to another recent order passed by Supreme court, such Chinese mobile owners not having a valid IMEI number can validate their handsets by loading a software and paying a specific amount at any of the 1600 centers setup by COAI across the country.

So Chinese mobile users, its a party time for you!
