Though there are a lot of mobile applications for chat, only few currently support Nokia 5800. Therefore I thought, why not make a list of applications which supports Nokia 5800 and also supports multi IM networks.

Here is a list of 3 such applications which has 5800 support and also caters to all the prominent IM Networks like GTalk, Skype, Yahoo, MSN etc.

1. Fring: One of the most popular chat application available on the internet. It supports Skype, MSN, GTalk, ICQ, SIP, Twitter, Yahoo! and AIM Networks. You can make free VoIP Calls using Skype and GTalk over GPRS/EDGE, 3G or WiFi Network. And you can also call landlines and regular cellular contacts using SkypeOut or SIP very cheaply.

Fring also has Call History, File Sharing, Call and Message Tone preferences and Auto roam in and out of WiFi hotspots. And with the Last.fm integration recently, you can now listen to your library, tag favourites, ban disliked tracks and also view what your friends are currently listening to, in real-time.
