The Phone started hanging the 3rd day itself. The LS key (Menu) and Home key do not function properly. Went to Nokia Care, and they upgraded the OS to some new version. Also they showed me a chip that supports the USB connector was damaged. They say there is no warranty for physical damage. And i never dropped the phone or did a physical damage. Whatsoever, they say that its my fault only. It seriously is a manufaturing defect or something else.. And by coincidence i met another guy in Nokia care who had bought the E63 one week before and found that it had the SAME Component Damaged. I am sure its a manufaturing defect. The priority dealer is not ready to replace the phone....And as for the OS upgrade, THE PHONE STILL HANGS!! I think NOKIA is SELLING SOME LOW QUALITY Pieces in INDIA.
