A new special recharge voucher (also called Rate Cutters) introduced by Reliance GSM can drastically reduce your outgoing call charges. The price of the prepaid special tariff voucher is Rs. 45 which gives a life time incoming validity, along with a special tariff for 90 days.
Here are the tariff details:
Calls to own network (GSM/CDMA) – 30 paise/minute
Calls to other local network – 60 paise/minute
STD calls – 1 Rs/minute
And all calls to own network between 11 P.M. and 6 A.M is absolutely free.
Lifetime free Incoming & Above tariff validity for 90 days
Wait, that is not all. Along with the above benefits, you also get a talk time of Rs. 20. 
Isn’t it really a nice initiative by Reliance in the current economy ?

this is of no use…
cz at night there are no signals..n in day also call get connctd aftr 5 to 6 tries….so jst buy those bloddy packs n dnt wdout able to call…
in this manner reliance is builing its economy…

its a good plan but at night charges are deducted on local reliance calls as it is in the day.
